Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed promptly and shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe transit and on-time arrival.

1. Warehousing & Regulatory Compliance

All products are stored and managed through JD Logistics warehouses.

Our warehousing operations comply with relevant TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) requirements, including expiry date management and batch/lot number control, to ensure product integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

2. Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Documentation

Before dispatch, all orders undergo a standard inspection process.

We conduct a visual inspection of goods prior to shipment and photograph the products and packaging for record-keeping purposes. These records assist in logistics claims and damage assessments should any issues arise during transit.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframe

  1. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation

  2. Delivery is expected within 3–5 business days after dispatch

  3. Delivery times may vary for remote areas, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions

4. Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage Handling

Customers are required to inspect goods promptly upon delivery.

If goods are damaged during transit and are not fit for use, please:

  1. Retain the damaged goods and original packaging

  2. Take clear photos of the outer carton and affected products

  3. Contact us as soon as possible with supporting information

Once transit damage is confirmed, we will:

  1. Resend replacement products based on the damaged quantity

  2. Lodge a claim with the logistics provider

  3. Provide timely updates and final outcomes to the customer

5. Product Quality Issues, Returns & Recalls

In the event of product quality issues, returns, or regulatory recalls:

  1. We will arrange logistics collection from your premises

  2. Products will be replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstances

  3. All actions will be conducted in accordance with TGA and applicable regulatory requirements

6. Delivery Method Based on Order Volume

  1. Pallet-level orders: Delivered via JD Logistics pallet freight

  2. Orders below pallet quantity: Delivered via standard courier or parcel services

The final delivery method is determined based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

7. Additional Terms

  1. Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout; customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy

  2. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery caused by incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts

  3. Risk transfers upon handover to the logistics provider; however, we will actively assist in resolving any delivery issues
